Beeline
Previously, it was a subsidiary of the Russian holding company “VimpelCom,” but now it is a separate company, “TOO KaR-Tel,” operating under a franchise. Beeline provides mobile communication and internet services in GSM, UMTS, and LTE formats. Beeline has the trade names Beeline, Beeline Business, and izi. The operator offers tariffs to cater to different customer needs, including unlimited packages, tariffs with a mix of minutes, SMS, and internet, as well as home internet services. Additionally, Beeline offers various services such as call forwarding, voicemail, conference calling, international roaming, and others.
The tariff cost ranges from 3,990 tenge (~$9) to 6,990 tenge (~$15). There are no completely unlimited internet plans, except for plans designed for modems. The maximum monthly data allowance for mobile plans is 44 GB. However, there is an option to get unlimited services for social networks and various other services.

Tele2
This is a mobile communication and internet operator owned by “AO Kazakhtelecom.” Tele2 operates in GSM, UMTS, LTE, 4G, and 5G formats and uses the trade name Tele2. It offers affordable tariffs for internet, calls, and SMS within Kazakhstan, as well as customizable personal tariffs. Tele2 provides various services:

- number blocking;
- connection of additional numbers;
- international roaming and others.
The fares will cost from 2790 tenge (~$6) to 5590 tenge (~$12).

It offers various tariffs for private and corporate customers, including tariffs with unlimited internet, calls, and SMS within Kazakhstan and abroad, as well as special tariffs for pensioners, students, and children. Kcell provides various services:

The fares will cost from 4,000 tenge (~$8.5) to 10,000 tenge (~$22). There is completely unlimited internet.

Altel
This is a mobile communication and internet operator that is also owned by “AO Kazakhtelecom.” Altel operates in LTE format and has the trade name ALTEL 4G, and they are actively introducing support for 5G. The operator offers high-speed 4G internet throughout Kazakhstan and the option to create a personalized tariff with unlimited internet, calls, and SMS according to your preferences. They provide various services:
- call forwarding;
- voicemail;
- conference call;
- international roaming.
In addition, the operator offers 4G home internet with various tariffs and speeds.
Altel is the first and only operator in Kazakhstan, which provides 4G services throughout the country. It has its own personal account on the website, where you can manage services and finances.
